Cathie bought 500k day one. You think she paid $45 or 60? That's already a $12.5MM gain. The rich get richer. Imagine the deal investors got prior to it going public
where did you see they only listed it to funds? It such bullshyt they called that a DPO. When you only list it to funds that's not direct. I hope RBLX stock gets fukked b/c of that, but I doubt it will. If it follows the IPO pattern and dips below its original cost ($60, not 45) I will begrudgingly add $20 a paycheck from the m1
keep seeing bad news about BABA, saw their app got pulled from a bunch of various china app stores. i haven't followed why or how china's govt decided to target them, but it just seems like they're really out to make and example of themBABA and BIDU are my only current positions in the red. i'm down $8k on BABA my leaps went from worth 5k each in october to now close to 1k each. i hope they can turn it around but it seems like CCP going hard on that anti-trust shyt compared to USA.
Oh of course I'm just speculating. I have no idea what actually happenedwhere did you see they only listed it to funds?
it's still direct, the opening price is driven up by demand. some direct listings institutions shun - PLTR - some they buy up just like retail - RBLX. if you only have 45M shares and 60M asks with a limit price of $60, it opens higher than its listing price even as a direct listing. every tech hawk, parent and institution wanted in on RBLX.Oh of course I'm just speculating. I have no idea what actually happened
I just know that it was supposed to be direct (to the market), so for them to say $45 and have some people get it at the lowest at $60.xx isn't direct.
My guess is that ARK didn't pay the $60 cost, but were some of the people who were able to get in at $45. Just spec. though.
The volatility of SoFi amazes me. It's constantly up and down even intraday.
Do they buy SPACs pre-merger? The deal could technically still fall through.Any ideas why Ark hasn't invested? When stocks went on sale two weeks ago, I thought they would buy it.
I swear I remember Cathie mentioning SoFi by name when she talked about disruption long before SoFi decided to go public.
did some rebalancing, i still have another 50 grand to throw inI hate you bears, we have had plenty of sliding already this year
For those of you that use Robin Hood (for at least one of your accounts), did you take advantage of their feature on the app where they directly can input your information into TurboTax?

right, as if you can't invest in a green market. weirdos
We had a 10% correction to the NASDAQ and some growth plays fell over 40% and u muthafuccas are still waiting?
When do you buy when everything is zero? if you don't wanna play the market then just buy the S&P logout and go about your life.. lol @ "i need more red.."
