Yea, because it’s been around 25-35 years longer and had an era where it was stagnant as hell. It’s move to SaaS and cloud offerings saved it, it’s not supposed to be a wild growth stock IMOMicrosoft's stock growth over the years is garbage compared to its peers. Only in the past year or two has it made significant moves upwards.
Talking options. Msft is a good stick but there’s also better blue chips out there to invest in. It’s jsut steadyWhat does this mean?
and I get if you just want to grow your money now, but MSFT (pretty much all blue chips) is a good stock to have as part of a long term investing plan, decent growth but also some level of safety.
Y’all don’t understand the context I’m talking about. Options and earnings!!!!You do know microsoft can have a year where it moves like -15% but then turn and around have a 60% annual return, the following year.
Like I said, MSFT ain’t supposed to be a mover like them. You should’ve invested in the younger saas companies - coupa, splunk, okta, zoom, veeva or even adobe, Autodesk, salesforce. MSFT is the low risk, slow and steady wins the race tech playY’all don’t understand the context I’m talking about. Options and earnings!!!!
I’m Hitting a 5k returns on appl, 2k on Netflix and 1000 so far on amazon. Only 200 on maft and I’m disappointed!!!!
That’s not the point .Like I said, MSFT ain’t supposed to be a mover like them. You should’ve invested in the younger saas companies - coupa, splunk, okta, zoom, veeva or even adobe, Autodesk, salesforce. MSFT is the low risk, slow and steady wins the race tech play

Remember a black man gave you this tip. I better not see you an any anti-black male tirades in the future.
Your point is you want more profit from a stock that’s not supposed to perform the sameThat’s not the point .
