It's a good trade buy the rumor sell the news but I personally don't know about long term. Delivery services aren't profitable thus the reason for consolidation in the space. Im long uber though but I'm not sure about starting a new position long term at these prices.

Grub showed the biggest gain put of the two when news hit. They're trying to get 2 1/2 shares of Uber for 1 Grub share but Uber wasn't with it. It'll probably be a $56-$66 range. Don't see Uber popping as much but it can though
