how many calories do u consume daily?
wut type of meals do u eat? how much time out of your day do they take?
can u post your workout schedule, how often do u shock your body (changing up regiment)
Rough sample diet.
Morning: oatmeal porridge, 3 boiled eggs.
Mid morning: protein shake.
Lunch: tuna sandwich with spinach on brown bread, water, fat free yoghurt
2 hours after lunch another shake
I'll gym between 5-6...banana before gym.
Post workout shake.
Dinner:varies, could be anything from rice with chicken. Salmon with broccoli etc
Snack: humous with wheat Pitta bread
Before bed: whey protein.
I don't count calories really but my diet is pretty good. Sometimes I start my morning with a protein shake and have something else mid morning.
As for workout...I'm starting PHAT tomorrow. But I change my routine every 6-8 weeks. Its been a while at the moment since I switched it up but PHAT should shock the shyt out of my system. Drink plenty of water! I'm always at the water fountain in work.
