It was more disappointing, because that album had a full year of anticipation. It was supposed to drop in 2008, but the singles flopped and it got pushed back. "Jockin Jay Z", "History", and "Brooklyn We Go Hard" all dropped in 2008. There was also "Ain't I" where Clue announced the album when he premiered that song, but I'm not sure if that song was ever going to be on the album. He came back with "Death of Autotune", which restored the hype as did "Run This Town". Then to hear that the album was mostly produced by Kanye and Timbaland. It seemed like Blueprint 3 might be on par with the first Blueprint. The leaks happened and it sounded like Blueprint 3 was going to be more like Blueprint 2.5 than on par with the first Blueprint.
