They are xbox games that microsoft bought from other companies. I’d even go as far to say outside of those two most of Microsofts current IP were far more popular before they bought them

I'd consider Gears, Forza, and Halo Xbox properties as they didn't have a previous release on other consoles.

I give them credit for building Halo and Gears up, they deserve credit for what they are (especially today )

but i’m pretty sure the only two current IP they have that started in-house at Xbox Studios is Fable and Forza
