Bloodborne speedrun:
Just started playing this game the other day (finally bought it after Christmas, when it was like $45 or some shyt on PSN with the DLC). shyt is mad addicting. My first 'Souls' game (bought Demon's, never put it in, got DS2 for free on the 360, obviously haven't played it yet), so naturally there were some adjustments and a learning period for me (took me a while to figure out how to equip the damn weapons ).
Spent some time fukking with that Executioner near the beginning, dying over and over until I finally got him, and didn't get shyt for it. AND he respawns. SMH. After that, explored plenty, and find my way to the Cleric Beast, and he whooped my ass a bunch before I finally got his hass. I had him down to a sliver once and got caught slipping when I got too anxious to hit him. Gotta be patient.
After that, I'm wandering around and find this graveyard and now I'm fighting Father Gascoigne no more than 10 minutes after beating the Cleric Beast. Can't lie, expected to get my ass whooped, but I was getting in his ass before I trapped myself in a corner and he got me. Immediately went back, thinking maybe it was too easy, and of course it was (that transformation though), but I still beat him on that 2nd try. Met up with Alfred, and ended up wandering around a little more until I found the door to Old Yharnam. Decided to call it a day there, not sure if I wanna go there yet, or look around some more for other shyt.
Having a blast with the game though. It fukks with you, but in a "damn, why did I have to do THAT, THERE" kind of way. Once you figure out what you're doing, and how you should approach shyt, you never wanna put the controller down. Game definitely has that feel of getting a shyt ton of hours put into it. Hell, I fired up Fallout around the same time, and every time I turn on the PS4, I click on Bloodborne instead of FO4.

I've got the Hunters Axe and Blunderbuss both at +3. Need some Twin Blood Shards to keep levelling them up and I only have 2 right now. I've also got the Kirkhammer at +3, the Saw Cleaver, Flamespitter, and Repeating Pistol.what weapon yall using?
i started of with the axe and it's my favorite weapon but it's too slow, it's currently at +10.
I also +10 blades of mercy and damn is it fast but it's way weaker than my axe.
i've also strengthened up the riterplash and upto level 6 on the tonitrus.
and ya i know what you guys mean with the heart racing. man them boss battles are ridiculous. you can't let up. you try to hide in the corner to get some blood vials and they just sneak on you. it's exhilarating.

I see these apothecary dudes have switched their tactics up. Weapons glow now and do a bit more damage and the ones holding lanterns actually use the lanterns now. I just figured out Frenzy will kill you outright. I got my 30k souls back and cut that bytch off for the evening.
You're rightcarrying around a lot of insight will strengthen enemies. I think those apothecary joints switch up at 15...
