Since this is his proper form now, will he now have a proper shikai and new bankai and will he even have bankai still or have to work for it again...
That was his shikai.
His bankai will be brand new because it'll be based off both sides instead of just only the quincy side.
Looking back, it does make more sense that the hollow had more skills with his old sword though. He used the chain/tie to swing it like a guillotine instead of the boring ass way Ichigo fought.
