Urahara and Yoruichi not being in the ending is a sore spot for me especially considering they live in the human world. Hell they could have added Kon too.

Same here. And where the hell were Ichigo and Ishida's dads? Did they die or something? I'm glad you mentioned Nell, but now I'm just mad we didn't even get to see a proper farewell between her and Ichigo.. kind of leaves a bad taste the more you think about the stuff left unfinished
