When I was in middle school in Broward, we used to rock them jeans shorts all the time. Put some black socks with some black Air Force Ones and a black tee. That was the fit back in the day. The good ol days.

I agree with this, but I don't think hating Jean Shorts is a black people thing. White people have always clowned them and for the most part wouldn't be caught dead in them, rednecks and wiggers excluded. There was a time where Jorts were fashionable amongst black people.
