I'm from an area that has had one of the highest violent crime rates per population - black on black crime is so common that a normal dude like me has two partners i put commissary up for monthly - they both killed or attempted killed other black guys we grew up with. and my immediate fam member was just deported for a violent crime of AKing another black man.

I'm not sure why Ethiopians came up, but my point still stands about how they look at us. I really think we are a nation here and are only loosely linked to these others. I used to be more AFrocentric, but I'm off that now. .... my immediate fam is black, but my actual ethnicity and past is linked to some of the very groups and religions we are dissing in this thread.......

We are a tribe here, or nation or whatever. But we're poorly organised and we lack leadership and unity. That's why other look down on us and to be honest, I can't blame them.

I think it came up cuz I mentioned how Arabs treat East Africans, Ethiopians in particular. Also I'd consider this, maybe the Ethiopians that went grime did so because of bad experiences with AAs? Sometimes I'll be out late and stop at 711 to get a drink or something, and nikkaz will be flippin the fukk out on the Ethiopian clerk cuz he don't know which rollup he talkin bout. Culture clashes through these unpleasantries make for more firm beliefs of cultural and ethnic superiority over another. All black people are fukked up towards each other breh, Ethiopians have gon grime on me worse than most people but for the sake of honest and constructive discussion it's irresponsible to wholly generalized. Maybe all your experiences speak to your opinion, nevertheless the subjectivity of your opinion needs to be emphasized.

breh.... during the court case... it was an IGNORANT black dude on the stand. That is the first time I heard the term.... lol, even though ol dude was gonna be locked up forever, I still found humor in that dudes testimony. He set black people back w the whole thing. But nothing was worse than the chickenheads who gave their testimonies to the events leading up to the shoot out. All in that case , did I learn how embarrassing we could be...... and HOW much we truly HATE one another.

Some of this still has to be in our soul.... it's seems that the kings and leaders in ancient times stunted on the regular population..... and even the conscious amongst us black in America.... when we get some shyt, and a small part of us is like........ (u know the rest)

TBH given my Pan Africanist view, I look at blacks on this side of the world as the very best of us.

To have survived throughout the generations til this day is amazing. There are very few, very tiny black communities that remain from the Arab slave trade(For different reasons) and yet blacks are here in big numbers overall. Black people here not only survived but kept what bit of Africanness they could and molded a whole new culture and people with what was forced upon them in bondage. It's a beautiful culture too. shyt's amazing to me, I think the problem is black people never hear this enough. Pro Blackness should always be stressed to the youth, nikkaz should be proud of themselves and honor the best in themselves for having survived around such savage people for centuries.

I agree with everything you said... up until integration. We were strong, black and proud but that's not the nikkas you see today. Sad but true. Our ancestors went through some shyt they definitely had to be strong to bear. But these nikkas today didn't struggle through shyt.
