they got the stats from a survey & nowhere states the kids belong to other races of men. i'd think the more realistic answer is the gaps between male/female racial groups can be attributed to things like men being stationed away in the military or away at prison, unable to participate in the survey. each of the racial groups have that gap in # of kids born to men & women. some gaps are smaller and others not.

I saw some lawyer guy say the same thing on youtube. He said it was based on stats from the CDC in Atlanta. I was confused too.

Ain't a damn thing changed since slavery Black women are being seeded up by everyone and also by non Black Men. Those kids get dumped in the Black community and labled as "lightskinned". Chilli and Faith Evans were born from essentially one night stands with non Black Men. Neither dude paid a dime of child support either.
