Median black income was 41k for non educated black and 82k for educated blacks.

1a. Curb immigration - he did do that. He had a high rate of deportation under his administratoin
1b. He did this as well , in pretty plain speak, several times
2. He did penalize bankers who screwed people - he pushed his administration to tighten regulations on this
3. Audit media outlets - this isn't is job, it's a capital market
4. Audit police practices - he tried but again not his jurisdiction and there's separation of federal and state for a reason.
5. Obama did this also and reduced cocaine sentencing gap - i thought this was wildly known and celebrated. It's called the "fair sentencing act"

If current trends continue, by 2020 median Black and Latino households stand to lose nearly 18% and 12%, respectively, of the wealth they held in 2013. In that same timeframe, median White household wealth would see an increase of 3%. Put differently, in just under four years from now,median White households are projected to own 86 and 68 times more wealth than Black and Latino households, respectively.

did you read the article - this is the same thing that has been going on . sum it up to "the rich get richer". IT's not a black or latino problem, it's a head start issue. The 1% -3% will continue to outpace others and anyone not in that group will see a growing disparity. It's econometrics but it's also misguiding you into thinking that blacks and latinos will be living in an impovered state in 20-30 years.
