it's law not to discriminate against race but would it be legal to have an contractual agreement of something like they must have it 50% black employees from the area and 50% black management...
no it wouldnt

i don't see why not when discrimination against black ppl is out there and obvious.
and other ppl get preference as if it's their god given right.

I went to Trader Joe's recently and it's relatively cheap compared to normal "healthy" groceries. 
most likely because the story is sensational bullshyt fabricated to justify the racist comments and fake reverse racism laments you can most likely read throughout this thread
but most importantly this type of propaganda is usually an opening salvo for something much more malignant

Claude Anderson wrote the first affirmative action program, not white liberals. If he isnt pro black, I don't know who is. I agree with AA when used right because whites had a few hundred years head start so AA helps even out the plain until we see it isn't needed. Right now isn't that time considering statistics show things are still biased.

lol, and i think he may have been involved in writing it but presidents johnson and nixon created the first AA programs, at the time AA seemed fine, but the way its been expanded to include non black people, we get very little gain from it while other people get the benefits, whats the point in that?
AA is not a solution and its not the key
