white ppl have been enjoying their own version of aa and nepotism for hundreds of yrs. even for them it doesn't work for some. you can tell who are real workers or smart among them. but with the advantage of several hundred yrs it clearly put them ahead and to the point of racism eing embedded in the culture. if your black or come off as "too black" one is likely not be hired or accepted by the white society.
the divide is real and hurts black ppl trying to come up in anything because they're black.
just because a few blacks don't take advantage of aa doesn't mean it doesn't work for all. infact it should be implemented for hundreds of yrs and embedded into culture just like jewish ppl hook themselves up in employment. infact, jews have it in their culture that they are the "chosen ones". and you'll see jews favored into key positions for no other reason than them only bein jewish. the jewish overrepresentation in the mainstream doesn't reflect in their population.. that is a form of aa that works for them. so I don't get why this fraud worldismine says aa doesn't work for black ppl..
