What I'd like to see is players pooling their money to build schools like LeBron did in Akron. If they did that in mass you'd see a huge shift and not schools solely focused on athletics. Invest in those broken school systems, pull the kids out of there and put them into schools that would compete with high end private schools then have them work in fields based on investments from the player pools
