If you ever worked for a major money company you already knew DEI was primarily for optics, they hiring you just so they can try to drag you into all their marketing/social media stuff so they can appear diverse

It's the discrimination case he pretty much made invalid that's gonna fukk most of us over
The threat of suing is the only thing that makes HR departments do the "right thing" to begin with, and even then a lot of times they go out of their way to not solve the problem and simply punish you for mentioning it.
Now they just gonna straight up tell you to fukk off even if you have receipt of racism or weird sexism at work
all I can suggest is hold onto those receipts until this term is over if it happens to you, all of this will be reversed once these clowns are gone and a LOT of court cases are gonna pile on these companies looking to take advantage
