The threat of suing is the only thing that makes HR departments do the "right thing" to begin with, and even then a lot of times they go out of their way to not solve the problem and simply punish you for mentioning it.
Now they just gonna straight up tell you to fukk off even if you have receipt of racism or weird sexism at work
all I can suggest is hold onto those receipts until this term is over if it happens to you, all of this will be reversed once these clowns are gone and a LOT of court cases are gonna pile on these companies looking to take advantage

It kinda depends on how much you want to crash on this issue.
Black people especially Black Men have never benefited from DEI as much as all other groups.
But when you think DEI Black people are the face of it. The reason why white folk are so against it because it’s seen as a benefit for mainly Black people.
