Sure you were HIRED based on merit, but there’s a good chance you made it to the interview pile based on some of these initiatives. If you’re black and working, you achieved your position by displaying merit don’t let these people use that DEI BS when black ppl again are the lowest beneficiaries from it.

Exactly, that is why it’s all part of an attack on black employment. They know the federal government is the biggest employer of black people. The gap in their racist logic is because the federal government gets the best black employees due to private sector racism the government is basically getting better quality than they pay for. There isn’t a population of white college educated employees waiting in the wings for those jobs.I saw some data about it and the pattern I observed was that when it came to Universities and government positions there are a lot of black women present but once you get into the private corporate sector it becomes mostly white women.
One thing I must say is that the federal goverment has been the only employer that has actually made it a point to hire black americans in any significant amounts. I think we make up like 20 percent of postal service workers.
So you sayin this is the time to go back to Africa ?
We are about to see Black infrastructure collapse from federal, state, to local contracts. HBCUs, who are the engine that create the Black middle class, face closures, and other calamities due to these trojan horse DEI attacks whose intention is to crater Black infrastructure.
We will be digging out of hole as deep as what we faced in 1865.

No, he isn’t When they’re using it as license to remove things like the Tuskegee airmen from aviation history, it’s a means to an end. That’s what it’s always been. Most of these programs have never been to our overall and collective benefit. But it’s been used to our discrimination when weaponized by conservatives you nor Tariq are equipped or paid to criticize. Tariq isnt sharp enough to tell you this.
