so are we saying that we don't benefit at all and we shouldn't expect to see any drop off in black people in professional settings?
The amount of black people accepted at Harvard law has already dropped significantly

This is cap, tell her post her sources….. oh wait Trump took down the sources so she can just come here and say black people are 7th. Even if that is the stat? Is that the historical number or last years? Also how many, many people does 7th equate? There are lies, dirty lies, damn dirty lies, and then there are statistics. Without a reference they can be used to justify anything.

Plus in general, nah this ain’t it. Don’t let this soothe your mind to what was done. Like who is this random woman who doesn’t know what benefactor means and why should we listen to her besides the fact she is wearing glasses and sitting in from of a book case?

Don’t listen to your algorithms.

Cool. White people (and others) didn't work overtime to get rid of it because of white women. It is and always will be code for black people, therefore it's bad and gotta go. No statistic is gonna change the perception and y'all continuing to throw that out there as a deflection tactic to say that black people shouldn't feel some way ain't changing it either.

If you think you're lonely now, ohhh girl...
I think she’s/the department of Labor is wrong. I think the ruse here is the word “benefitted,” which without looking is likely an aggregation of jobs held/acquired. In contrast, I propose we have to think of “benefit” in the context of amelioration. I posit that geographic locations that have experienced high DEI investment will likely have higher salaries/yearly earnings for African Americans than locals that have experienced low DEI investment.

My dissertation is going to test this theory.

So every time this admin does something to hurt us there will be threads like this to try and soften the blow? Got it.

The point is.....it was a leg up that isn't there anymore. They'll keep chipping away at stuff bit by bit. You break away enough chips you put a big chunk on the ground.

You guys are really something. Hilarious to watch you jump through these hoops to justify putting him in office.

I must point out that I'm not for getting rid of DEI altogether because we got some non reading mfs that find words that aren't there or implied to be there.

But moving forward I don't want to see black faces associated with any of these diversity movements if the results will be us getting the least. We make the least progress, are the first ones fired and then are stuck with an added diversity hire stigma once these moments inevitably fizzle out. Nope, not enough ROI for all that.
