People in the comments can't even find it either
Wow. Black people benefiting the least was a first for me. I knew white women benefitted the most, just like like did with affirmative action

I googled searched and did the wayback machine to search the Department of Labor site and I can't find where she got her information besides white women being number one.Although I'm inclined to believe her, I do appreciate cats doing research to confirm what she is saying
I'm having convos with ppl & they just saying any thing with no sources whatsoever & get mad when when ask them where is the info coming from
I think this is what people are overlookingI saw some data about it and the pattern I observed was that when it came to Universities and government positions there are a lot of black women present but once you get into the private corporate sector it becomes mostly white women.
One thing I must say is that the federal goverment has been the only employer that has actually made it a point to hire black americans in any significant amounts. I think we make up like 20 percent of postal service workers.
The elimination of DEI is being used for cover to elimare programs that benefit black people. The "tangibles" for black people certain people demand is no longer possible due to the elimination of raced based benefits. Minority scholarships for black people are being challenged on the basis that it discriminates against whites.
In Minnesota, the George Floyd scholarship was paused because it was exclusively for black people.
George Floyd scholarship accused of discriminating against non-Black students in federal complaint
The George Floyd Memorial Scholarship at North Central University in Minnesota violates the Civil Rights Act, according to the complaint filed by the Legal Insurrection Foundation.www.nbcnews.com
We can't forget how Stephen Miller's Fearless Fund sued and put a stop to the business grants being given to black women in Atlanta.
Some of yall sound stupid with your logic that removal of DEI and Affirmative Action won't hurt us because we didn't benefit the most out of it. The other side don't care who it benefited, they are targeting us in it's elimination. Trust, conservatives sre specifically focused on the race aspect of DEI than they are of gender. That same white woman who benefitted from DEI will still be able to get ahead because she is the right skin tone for them. Hell, even the (white) gays can go back into the closet and act like a regular white men in public. We don't have that luxury. DEI is their new N-word.
Some of you have warped minds in that you would rather suffer as long as others have to suffer, than get a benefit if that meant others benefit as well.
I did not make a claim, I am stating exactly what she said her source is in the video. I then suggested those who do not know, go and check her source.Lmaooo " make a claim prove me wrong"
I couldn't find it on the site. Even with googleI did not make a claim, I am stating exactly what she said her source is in the video. I then suggested those who do not know, go and check her source.
You ran in to argue so quickly in defense of something, you did not even pay attention to the video did you?
You went to the site and did not see any pages about DEI? Or, you went to the site and saw the pages were restricted? Which one is it?I couldn't find it on the site. Even with google
Can you name one white woman who has been helped through DEI and Affirmative Action? No you can't, but you believe the data that they were helped more than blacks.
IDK ONE BLACK PERSON
IN REAL LIFE WHO HAS EVER
BENEFITTED FROM AFFIRMATIVE ACTION OR DEI.
THERE MAY BE SOME OUT THERE
BUT "THE AVERAGE" NATIVE BLACK AMERICAN ISNT ONE OF THEM.
