I'm saying you could use that same logic in dmc 3.

That going for SSS combos isn't necessary to beat the game. But that's missing 90% of what makes the games amazing, it's not just a race to the finish.

That's why guys that played dmc and God of war using only the simplest combo string are usually bad at games.
