Just the proximity alone of Arabia to Africa would produce such features. Not to mention immigration, slavery , trading , and military conquests by both parties.

We should establish which period we are noting here? The arab ID changed in the course of pre islamic and post Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) era..the Ottoman (non arabs) and persians practically re-characterised the racial/ethnic face and installed the pre-islamic trends of slavery in that time.
