These hadiths are things that were said over a 23 year period of his life, he contradicts himself at times as many other people do, so stuff said toward the end of his life tend to have more credence but fukk it nothing anyone says will change your opinion, Higher Learning at it's best.
Prophet Muhammad descended in a straight line from Ishmaels second son Kedar (Arabic: Qaidar), whose name in Hebrew signifies black
From the sons of Kedar inhabiting the northern Arabian desert, sprang the noblest tribe in Arabia, the Koreish (Quraish), the tribe from which Prophet Muhammad descended.

The Messenger of Allah (s) was neither tall, such that he would stand out, nor was he short. He was not albino-white (al-abyad al-amhaq), nor was he deep black (adam). His hair was neither very curly nor completely straight. Allah commissioned him towards the end of his fortieth year. He remained in Mecca for ten years and in Medina for ten years. Allah caused him to pass away at the turn of his sixtieth year and there was not found on his head and beard [as much as] twenty white hairs.

If he was an Arab, which he was, he is genetically white. Skin pigment is not the sole indicator of race, that is an European invention.
The Greeks, Sicilians and Romans had a lot of dark skin, curly haired prominent figures who you would probably consider white as soon as I named their country of origin.
Arabs, Persians and Jews are white. DNA sequencing has proven the genetic connection between them and Europeans.

Weren't the Mughals basically Persianized Turko-Mongols? I thought Arabs and Afghans didn't really make it that far east in south Asia...

The Afghans were introduced to Islam by the Arabs under Caliph Omar, but Islam never took hold in modern day Afghanistan until Sultan Mahmud Ghaznavi who was a Turk
As for the Turkic conversion to Islam, it gets complex because while there was contacts between Arabs and Turkics along the Central Asian steepe (the Amu Darya river), the actual Islamicization of Turks took place in several waves, and there were many different phenomenoms. I dont think there was ever a decisive Arab invasion and victory over Turks in Central Asia. I know there was a significant slave trade involving Pagan Turks and these Turks eventually converted and took over the Islamic world. I think many of the Turks converted to Islam during their many nomadic waves into western/central/southern Asia. The Mongols also, after destroying the Islamic world, integrated themselves into it
The only instance of Arab invasion and cultural takeover was the immediate Middle East where Christian/Jewish/Assyrians etc felt the effects

the expansion of Islam involved the sword, but the notion that Islams expansion came solely as a result or overwhelmingly as a result of the sword is just not historically accurate. But it does depend by region....

the original arabs were from yemen..yeminites and the charcoal complexion east africans intermixed with those yeminites due to slavery (east africans enslaving those peasant arabs) and later vice versa..btw this was way before the abrahamic faiths and later during the pre-islamic revolution..
