That means nothing. Kliff Kingsbury was USC's OC for a week, then took the Cardinals job. Brady could be saying he's taking no other college gigs. Doesn't mean he won't take a head coaching job from the NFL. No way Brady would turn down the offer to be the Cowboys head coach if he was offered the job.
