Read what i said again. I was saying that the judges show bias towards the female gender (who no how to play the game) that not systematic their is no law to show favoritism for either gender. Black men win custody cases over black women all the time and black women never made the custody laws in the first place which brings us back to the point which you have been avoiding. A matriarchy means the WOMEN make the laws/structure in the society, Black women don't make laws so therefor their is no matriarchy.

OP your first paragraph is a bit off.

BW didn’t choose to get Black men out the paint, at least not a first. That blame is to mass incarceration, deaths and men unable or too cowardly to feed and look after their family. To blame BW for higher social tinkering is extremely unfair.

I agree that even if Black society isn’t matriarchy it is too feminine and women dominiated which is unbalanced but this is by design and not Black Women were trying to look after heir kids.
