i think you should limit red meat to once a month.Try to limit red meat to just once a week
Do cardio for at the very least 15 mins at least 3 times a week
Lift weights 3 times a week at least
Get at least 6 hours of sleep
Lay off the drugs and alcohol
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Learn a fighting style

yea i’d eat a steak or a burger (homemade not that tofu drive thru shyt) and wont feel right for a couple days. and you’re more likely to get colon cancer if you eat red meat often.Pork? How?
