yea i’d eat a steak or a burger (homemade not that tofu drive thru shyt) and wont feel right for a couple days. and you’re more likely to get colon cancer if you eat red meat often.

i’ve cut that shyt out my diet almost completely. i’ll eat a steak every couple of months or so but i feel way better now that i dont eat it at all hardly.
