What scares me the most is that most of us are aware that we should all be concerned about our health but we have along history of looking down on other races because our gentics for growth and endurance are so superior but while we were laughing at crackas and just about anybody else for their weak gene pool,they found the code and watched us take our gifts for granted and abuse them in every way possible..our melanin,genes,bone structure and God given powers of adaptation were squandered away and we fell for the okidoke when it comes to food and maintaining health..we let them tell us that pork and beef intestines,veggies cooked in oil,,sugary drinks and grease on everything is our natural diet...we all know it's not..look how ital Rasta's eat,doesn't that diet make more sense for people like us, even if you add animal protein like fish or lean meat like chicken. I ate all that unhealthy crap for the first 35yrs of my life and was miserable and waaaay overweight..Thank God i did not develop high blood pressure like just about all my siblings,i kept doing sports even when i was overweight and i think that kept me from developing chronic disease from a poor diet.Still have to lose about 12 pounds but in the best shape of my life..I work out by myself and with my son and my daughter,they have a healthy diet,my daughter is a vegetarian,my son only eats chicken,no sweets,no fast food and gallons of purified water. I love watching them grow up to be healthy and smart people that value their bodies enough to not destroy them with food that almost looks designed to send you down a road of pharmaceuticals and death
