Charging for school was intentionally was a way to deter blacks from going to higher education

Same people come in these threads talking about student loan debt as if there aren't multiple ways to avoid that fate - starting with taking education seriously from a young age, excelling in high school, getting scholarships/grants, and selecting a REAL major that has job security instead of the generic nonsense degrees a lot of people (especially a lot of women...) get.
You want to live comfortable, make money and be successful? Get an accounting degree. Engineering. Actuarial science. Nursing, Computer science. There are a shyt ton of degrees that pay well. And for the love of god DO NOT TAKE ADVICE FOR PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO shyt. Brehs sitting on the internet telling you to set your economic future on fire because of student loans or AI...might as well kill yourself. Leave those people in the dust and get your paper.

I remember I was legit beefing with an ethnic white Latin 1 teacher in MS. For literally 5 weeks I came home at least 2 times complaining about the white bytch. Literally telling my parental guardian that her 8th grade son is being harassed by a white educator. Nothing was done.
So by week 7 I snapped. I told the bytch if she don't back the fukk away from me I was gonna kill her as I dropped my pencil. I have never been so upset as a child to lash out and wanna physically execute a human being.
Anyway Columbine happened and the middle school freaked out, got expelled and then my brother had the same teacher I had that I threatened. Guess what happens?
The bytch decided to single out my brother and bully him a grown 50+ white woman picking on black dark skinned boys and both of their mothers didn't do shyt.
The issues we have with teachers and how they treat black children is cause we don't have parents that will lay heads in the sand about our children.
Some people put TOO MUCH faith on educators, over their (black) son's well being.

Naw that's the Baby Boomers....they quietly worship whiteness cause they were the 1st generation to be integrated. So a lot of times you will meet baby boomers that will believe a total stranger over their kids.
Unfortunately, I had to experience racism and had 0 back up. It took me spazzing the fukk out and making criminal threats to get that bytch off my back and from abusing me.
A lot of times black children, not just the girls and boys, but black children....a lot of times have no allies. I know I didn't when I needed some.
But I'm glad they did a study and I'm glad my observations wasn't wrong.

There is no way we’re letting our sons not go to college. They either go or they gtfo. And don’t come crying about how hard it is out there to find a job that pays you enough to live on your own. That’s what COLLEGE is for.
