i gurantee if this was a middle age white lady and a black man was robbing the car how different this would be

KC is Midwest, not that it matters in relation to his situation but I’m saying if he couldn’t afford a lawyer and that being said, lawyers will take this type of case either thru the PD’s office or pro bono if it’ll get their name / firm out there. Especially if they think they can win it and it’s a high profile case, which if we’re seeing it, it probably is...

So basically you aren’t saying anything that’s outside of some common sense surface level nonsense. I’ve been apart of it and seen how these things play out

This is true, part of gun ownership is also understanding that you'll need to have a lawyer on retainer or money for fees lined up once you buy a firearm, especially if your black because prosecutors gonna try to spin a way to get you jammed up.

One thing though is that, that is the last car she'll ever steal, ain't NOTHING worse than a thief.

If you read the report though it says he was struck by the door and knocked down as the car was reversing, in court he could argue that he feared that the driver would run him over.

Someone entering your property shouldn’t give anyone a right to kill unless they are in there for the intent to harm.

Your property is an extension of you. Trespassing is a personal violation. I have no problem with somebody shooting to kill in that scenario.

Again! I’m not talking about of these parts of your house that are generally secured from innocent people entering.


Also if someone entered my garage because it was open and there was no1 at the door to reach them. I would question before shooting and of course have my firearm visible so they can see I’m ready to unload.

i'm actually not a gun nut. I just understand that if you try to steal someone's car there's a good chance you're getting clapped. One person took the time to plan a car theft, the other person saw thousands of dollars riding away in the hands of a thief and made a decision in the heat of the moment. I'm not a gun nut but I honestly support the idea that they should be able to shoot at a car thief. And think there are levels. I wouldn't be saying this about a person stealing an iPhone.
