Whether its your:

Home
Garage
Back yard
Etc..

If im inside my "property", and you "trespassing", then i have the right to blow your head off..

You gotta chill with the blanket statements.

You know you still have to prove they were trespassing right?

You or y'all must not of heard of the case of Renisha McBride. She was a black woman killed by a white man who shot through his door because he thought she was breaking in or at least trespassing. Long story short his hoe ass is under jail where he belongs.

I'll always wait until they're fully inside breh.. :russ:

My CC instructor did his due diligence in teaching me the rules to carrying a weapon..

I didn't read the article. If it's self-defense, that's a different story.

i'm actually not a gun nut. I just understand that if you try to steal someone's car there's a good chance you're getting clapped. One person took the time to plan a car theft, the other person saw thousands of dollars riding away in the hands of a thief and made a decision in the heat of the moment. I'm not a gun nut but I honestly support the idea that they should be able to shoot at a car thief. And think there are levels. I wouldn't be saying this about a person stealing an iPhone.

Im pro second amendment, pro black gun ownership. I Think firearm education should be taught in as early as 7th grade and passed as a required credit course in high school prior to getting a diploma.

A car isn't worth killing someone over. Unless it's some sort of special edition collectors, limited made. Which 90% of the cars are not.

If you advocate killing someone over your Chevy Lumina then you don't value life. Thief or not.

It's it worth killing over, it worth to be killed for. Never kill over property.

again a car is not just an item, for alot of working Americans a car is essential to get back and forth to work. It is essential to you making a living. THAT IS YOUR LIFE. This isn't her stealing some jordans. shyt sounds cool on top of a soapbox, but in real life people need their cars. Why the fukk should this dude even have to deal with all the hassle that comes from having his car stolen, dealing with insurance, probably paying a deductible, getting a new car, getting new plates, missing work, etc...? Because some bytch thief wanna play with her life? I completely understand a motherfukker wanting to shoot somebody over their car. All of that responsibility for possible outcomes should be on the thief.

I don't want to hear the sentimentals. I don't care if it's the chain your grandma gave you before she died of a heart attack. I don't care if it's the car your using to pick up your kid from school to drive them to the doctor to get their life saving heart pills.

You don't kill over property. Period.

again you're saying property like it's a sweatshirt. A car is beyond that. And you actually gave an even better reason than I ever could.

(hypothetically) You're letting some thief steal your car when you need it to get your kids to the hospital? :mjtf:

At first I thought the car was say already down the block and he started shooting at it. If that's the case then I can't condone that shyt mostly bc 99.9% of gun owners are terrible shots and it's reckless as hell bc of where that bullet may end up. If the car was anywhere near him then I say fuk it I hope he gets off 100% - I hate thieves/robbers. Especially stealing from someone who is working class/poor. Only thing that makes me smh is that it sounds like he may have left his car running. Not sure what type of keys/ignition system the 2007 Passat has but it's pretty difficult if not impossible to hotwire most modern vehicles. At the end of the day it's easy to talk about managing emotions etc but that's a tough situation to be in and it's difficult to understand how you'd react. At the very worst he should face some type of aggravated battery.

I'm saying property as in defined by the law.

If you want to write your congressman and change that's cool.

Your getting sentimental and emotional about it. The world dont work that way. You might get a gofundme for a new ride though. That's what car insurance is for.

You're talking to the wrong one. I've actually had my car stolen. Had my stuff inside too. It sucked. It sucked dikk and balls. I called 911, did a report, called progressive. Waited 30 days and they cut me a check and I bought a new ride.

Now a carjacking, someone waving a gun, knife or weapon in your face or trying to cause physical harm to you, kill that motherfukker but make sure you're within your rights to do so and don't put others in harm or even worse, put yourself in harm. There's never a convenient time or place to have anything of yours stolen/taken, there's nothing short of another person's life that's worth losing your own over.
