the thing about this case is how it became racial real quick. funny thing is the white and hispanic jesus freaks aren't talking about the bible ie thou shall not kill. the bible commandments say thou shall not kill PERIOD. but you don't see that coming up anywhere. what they talkin about is he had the RIGHT to defend himself. underneath it all these ppl just hate black ppl. when they could use the bible to justify hate they did it. even now when they can use the law to justify the hate they're doing it.

What evidence? Zimmerman's personal account of the story is not evidence.

without any other witnesses it is testimony and its the job of the prosecution to find evidence to dispute his account...none was found at all

Other witnesses saying that it was Trayvon on top while Zimmerman pleading for help is part of Zimmerman's account so there is nothing to dispute the credibility of the earlier Zimmerman account

you can't just go based on how you feel it went down when your not there and you don't know any of these two personally and sometimes in certain moments people can act out of character but judging by Trayvon's affinity for lean and his new found MMA practice and wanting to see someone bleed it fits into Zimmerman's account

Not much in Zimmerman's past fits into a bloodthirsty person who just wanted to shoot someone of a different race without provocation and deliberately your living in la la land if thats what you imagined happened

Trayvon has no criminal history and no evidence of ever using any narcotics beyond weed. Here are facts...
Zimmerman has a police record including domestic abuse and battery of a police officer. He was also fired from a previous secuity guard position for being "too aggressive" and a liability according to the employer.

Trayvon has tweeted about Lean usage, he had a discoloration and toxation on his liver that doctors say is consistent with heavy codeine usage and also tweeted that he was sad that he couldn't make his last mma opponent bleed and that hopes its the case next time.

Why not use the opportunity to test out your mma skills on some short mexican looking guy who's looking to be following you...

you cannot say he was the aggressor when no evidence pointed to it ...even when a juror who deep in her heart felt like Zimmerman was a murderer there was no evidence or strong circumstantial to make that sort of claim

the evidence pointed to Trayvon laying the first strike and being the aggressor on top even while Zimmerman screamed for help which is when as the aggressor you stop striking and put your elbow on face and ask them to leave and that the encounter is over with and he will get up and walk the other way if he says ok

Would have Zimmerman taken this "pursued" his mission if he got the impression Trayvon was also armed?
