So how long they wait until Black men are actually in a position of promoting their beauty

it depends on how long black men want to take to start collectively building towards a strong patriarchal structure. considering the women are raising the boys to be matriarchal by nature, they're going to be waiting a long fukking time

They don't have to wait for black men, there's Youtube studios like Reckless Tortuga doing mini tv shows. :what:

Better that then complaining about what white hollywood is doing.

What do you mean when you say that

They're reversing the roles you say? The men are being taught to stay at home and let the woman go to work?

Didn't know about that show, it's Black women doing that?

Better that then complaining about what white hollywood is doing.

True.

Let's talk about a little movie called Dope (a very recent example. Black director, black screen-writer, and a mostly black cast (at least the males were). They had no problem using actual black men as actors, but every single female character was light/mixed. I won't even discuss the disturbing colorism in Nollywood.
It's interesting you brought that movie up since it's made by the same director (Rick Famuyiwa) who made The Wood. I haven't seen Dope but I know Zoe kravitz and chanel iman are in it (both mixed) vs the wood that came out in 1999 which had Malinda Williams, Sanaa Lathan and Lisa Raye as the main female characters (iirc), it kinda serves as an interesting contrast. What do you think has changed?

.

by matriarchal, i mean boys are taught to follow female leadership. they aren't taught much about manhood, generational wealth, the importance of leading or providing. black boys are missing tons of lessons (and resources) that are being given to other races of males.

So you don't think this female leadership is happening all over, not just among Blacks?

They are all light skinned (except for Malinda), I don't think anything has changed, you're not changing anything if you replace the half-breeds with a bunch of light brights.

oh, i'm certain its spreading to other groups, but the black community is ground zero.
Cacs can control non-white women easily. It is emasculating men of color.

Hell
Cacs can't really control anyone outside of blacks due to them having more culture and a community mentality.

Cacs tried, remember that Latino in America spin off from the black in America series thst CNN ran? Didn't gain much traction, Latinos don't give a fukk bout no one but themselves usually.

Black women are sexuslly desired as black men, weak argument to make stating black women aren't considered beautiful, they are and sex usually leads to love aka marriage.

Real issue is other races fate and fukk black women just marriage isn't always there as its more certain with black men, that's a issue more so Imo race, whites give up their wealth when they marry out and many whites of wealth aren't too keen to sharing with blacks no matter how fine the sister is. Lot of these white men thst marry black women usually make less and the ones that provide for black women tend to get hated on heavy by their own people. It's like a code of ethics not to pass shyt down to blacks.

So alot of sisters are in a rough spot as they feel they're not treated like women and being in a system of patriarchy which is the ultimate goal, get pregnant stay home and hubby will care for me he can provide.

So it's just alot of hate, they don't like the way things turn out and how they're treated different from other women from other races.

White women can be a waitress marry a damn millionaire lol. Sell her ass and end up in the burbs raising kids with a tattoo on her ass from back in the day lol. Black women don't have it like thst.

I forgot Tamala Jones was in The Wood too.

So you don't see the difference between having four black women (of various complexions) as the love interests in a movie vs both the love interests being mixed?

Probably producer choices and not his personally. Keyword, probably. He is Nigerian.
That could be it. Maybe Pharrell (executive producer) wanted to be "inclusive".
