I don't know the details but I'm assuming his clothes caught on fire which resulted in 80% of his body being burnt.

Those parents dropped the ball by not calling 911.

i was raised that way, my dad is hispanic, would never let me sleep with the neighborhood kids.

i was very upset as a child but i understand now
