A guy who grew up with DJ Cool Herc and claims to know the first B-Boys says that Black Americans are responsible for Hip Hop, Breakdancing and Rapping NOT Latinos.

"Hip Hop didn't even have a name and it existed 5 to 7 years before Latino's even got involved in it" - 1:05:20 mark of the video.

He breaks everything down starting at 58:00 of the video. He also talks about Puerto Ricans being racist against Blacks before they even started trying to get involved in Hip Hop and the Breakdancing that Black Americans were already doing. He talks about this at 1:02:19 of the video.

Because a lot of Mexicans/Latinos have been coming out lately saying that Latinos helped form Hip Hop in New York and Rap music is NOT black music... it's Latinos music too and that Latinos are the ones who are really responsible for starting Breakdancing in Hip Hop.

These Latinos are already trying to claim half the credit for creating Hip Hop. A lot of people were already giving the Puerto Ricans the credit for the Breakdancing but if what the guy in the first video is saying is true... then Puerto Ricans don't even deserve credit for starting the Breakdancing because Black Americans were the people that started that too.

Puerto ricans play a major role in early rap,graffiti and break dancing...just go back and look at old videos...if you did not grow up in nyc or visited nyc as a youth in the 70,80,90s you cant speak on it....yall dont understand black and puerto rican relations in nyc...i know this is facts cuz yall keep making "why is fat joe saying nikka" threads...yes us black created it...but they also play a part that should not be downplayed.
