Well in this case the NY Post just reported on it. The actual source is the Jason Lee show which they appropriately attributed. That’s what I meant by reputable source. I didn’t say the publication itself was reputable but the source they sued to report the story was.

Daily Loud just copies and paste other stories. Multiple Twitter pages reported that Tory was innocent before he was found guilty due to that leaked sheet from court.
