agree to disagree, i got kendrick over em and big (TBF, i don't care how skill Em has, he never made music i fukked with)

kendrick gonna go underrated by a lot of folks as some people just can't seem to put a recent (post 2010) rapper in their top 10, def not top 5, and people hate the amount of praise he gets from critics/the media

he has one of the best catalogs in music and did it making completely different projects each time
I can’t respect putting Kendrick Lamar above Biggie Smalls. It is what it is.

Missy Elliott >>>>> Game. I said it. Game is dope. His greatest skill was showcasing how he could mimic a flow. That said, dude is limited even as a rapper and his impact on the genre was not a strong.

They gotta stop putting Minaj in lists for diversity, there are people like Missy and Lauryn who are correctly placed without being diversity placements.

Impossible to make a lis that's like your own but not having Cam'ron, Raekwon, Big Boi, Fat Joe, Jeezy, Big L or Prodigy on a list that Nicki Minaj is on is blasphemous. But then again this is "Billboard magazine", but at least Cam was major in his peak.

Everyone involved in creating this Top 10 should be in jail, this is a crime.

MAC DRE SHOULDA MADE IT

LIST IS ANTI-BAY AND WEST COAST IN GENERAL

XZIBIT, KURUPT, EAZY, QUIK ??

THE EAST COAST DICC GOBBLIN WILL NEVER STOP
it was expected they werent gonna include them, list like these are always gonna sell short the other regions for NY under guise of "well it started here"

which is aways weird to me, given this sort of reason is never applied to other music and their rankings. like jazz, i dont see northern jazz musicians get penalized down the rank for sake of New Orleans Jazz artist. shyt some of the northern jazz artist get percieved and halted as the GOATs, putting aside the NO artist who come from the "Home of Jazz"

im surprised they put 40 but you can't ignore the lexicon influence, charts, longevity, and overall ability and influence.

This site has too many Nas dikkriders. You'll get laughed at out here in the West, if you even dare say that boring ass nikka was on cube's level. Of course white people put him at 3. He's the safe choice. Nas ain't never had an album that resonated with black America like amw or death certificate. And he defended Gwenth paltrow saying the n word. fukk outta here
