Without Ray Allen hes 2-7

Without having an epic collapse by the Warriors hes 1-8

basketball is a team game dominated by its top 2-3 players, those numbers will not put him over Jordan in most discussions.

fukk it Kawhi ring don’t count it took a lucky ass bounce to advance past Philly, a KD and Klay injury, and VanVleet’s 5 threes in game 6 to win the series. The Raptors don’t really have a ring it was all luck.

I recognize Jordan got helped from Paxson in 1993 but the circumstances were different Jordan still had a Game 7 if Ray misses the championship is lost.

Allen saved Brons title, Paxson aided Jordans....
fukk the OT in game 6 and the entire game 7 in the 2013 Finals.

fukk LeBron putting Miami on his back to even set up Ray Allen’s shot by scoring and assisting on almost all the buckets in the 4Q and his defensive plays against Duncan and Parker.

Will other legends that loss in the Finals be getting these curves that you are giving Lebron as well?
Absolutely

I don't count the 89 finals against magic and kareem or the 91 finals against magic.

I give zeke a pass for 88 because the pistons got robbed and he rolled his ankle.

I don't blame iverson for 01

And so forth and so forth

IF Kawhi missed game is still tied going to OT impossible to say they lose even if he misses.Raps dominated the series with Klay playing its not a reasonable argument...KD i grant you but we will not know for sure...Van Vleet was the 3rd best player for them in Game 6.

I understand the need to create false equivalencies but none of them are equal to a tying 3 with 5 seconds left to save a championship...

None of it happens without Ray Allen.

No OT and no Game 7

So Kerr and Paxson aided Jordan, Ray Allen won the series for LeBron, he didn’t fill his role as a clutch shooter made for those situations. He won the series for him. :shaq2:

U realize Ray isn’t even in position for that shot if not for LeBron?

LeBron was good in the series but he fumbled the dying minutes of that game theres no doubt about that,he turned the ball over,hr bricked a 3 and then hit a 3 after that ONLY cuz the Spurs fumbled a defensive rebound that got tipped out to him...He needed Ray to hit that 3 or it was over...and we would all be looking at him and the Heat era differently if that 3 didnt go down...

It’s not a false equivalence. If LeBron were in Kawhi’s shoes his ring would be discredited and this is a fact. All of LeBron’s victories are discredited by his haters. Put LeBron in Kawhi’s shoes...

-The shot against Philly was a lucky bounce a one in a million

-The series wouldn’t count and his ring would be discounted because KD was injured and Klay was unable to close

-LeBron would be called out for shooting 0 of 4 and getting outscored 12-3 by VanVleet in the 4Q of a close out game won by 2 with KD and Klay out. They’d say VanVleet closed the series

Son, you’re literally saying “oh but LeBron only hit that three before Ray Allen because the Spurs fumbled a defensive rebound.”. It’s not luck it’s basketball it’s shyt that happens over the course of a game and it was a very big needed shot to cut the lead. Everything matters in a game everything each play influences the next.

IM not Kawhi stan or Bron hater....i have said Kawhi was great against PHI and MIL but was just ok against GS and without Gasol it wouldnt have mattered against the Sixers....UR wrong on the bounce, even if it dont go in like it shouldnt have its still a tied game going to OT...

Bron played a good game but he was going to lose that championship and game if not for Ray Allens 3.He was scared at the end of that game.
2 points is thr same in any quarter but in a game 6 finals shots in the final minute are not equal to shots made in the first half of the game....Great game but needed Ray Allen to come up clutch in the final moments cuz he wasnt gonna do it...

A ring is a ring you can’t discredit rings based off clutch plays by teammates and any exterior circumstances. Everything matters. No ring is lucky (unless important nikkas get injured for the series). I’m not discrediting Kawhi chip just using LeBron hater logic.

LeBron wasn’t scared he did it all in that quarter if anything he was fatigued. LeBron 3 was clutch. Bosh rebound was clutch. Ray Allen 3 was clutch. LeBron scoring or assisting on 22 of the 26 points in the quarter was clutch. If Ray ain’t do what he did Miami would have lost, if LeBron ain’t do what he did Miami would have lost. Facts.

The game is the game. LeBron has 3 rings.

LeBron has done all this shyt at 6’8 260 and aesthetically LeBron particularly first stint in Cleveland is the most fast powerful talented aesthetic player I’ve seen and LeBron has done it in a tougher era and played against zones.

LeBron hits 30 footers, throws no look passes, has dunked from the FT line in game. :heh:

All this talk about superteam is moot. LeBron played in a FA/player movement era. And LeBron did what he had to do. MJ started winning once Pippen and Grant broke out. If it was up to y’all LeBron should have rotted in Cleveland.

:russell:
I suppose we both have different definitions of what we consider "aesthetic". Lebron is an excellent passer and it is the best part of his game. Not a huge fan of bully basketball tho, I prefer to watch guys who use more of their skills to get their shots off and/or score. :yeshrug:

And the superteam point isn't moot at all. Funny U call it the FA/ player movement era without acknowledging Lebron is the face of said movement. :russ:
