Perception is the key, and after all the knowledge he has allegedly dropped at the conference, this the picture he decided to tweet. Made the kids and the teachers look like clowns.
Here's a whole page. He's meeting with HBCU students and presidents to figure out ways that universities such as Delaware State and Johnson C. Smith have been successful in admitting students who may not have the best high school records and to how they get them into college and support them so they don't drop out. In other words, his Foundation is putting money into HBCU's.
The page also has videos of two of the "dab" students (on the left in yellow and the one with the red tie) dropping knowledge on Bill.

This was a once in a lifetime opportunity and instead of these kids having a one-on-one about entrepreneurship and finance, they do the dab?!
