These are the pitchers id target based off cost whether its $ or prospects.
Tier A: Yamamoto, Montgomery, Glasnow,
Tier B: Rodriguez, Imanaga
Tier C: Giolito, Severino, Woodruff, Ryu
Tier D: Wood, Turnbull, Lauer.
That's the interest levels I'd have.
1-2 of Tier A/B. 1-2 of Tier C. 0-1 of Tier D.
3-4 of those and I'd be ok with that.
