You said he's the most overrated rapper EVER lol. Really? More than someone like Soulja Boy? Or even Drake or lil Wayne or countless others?. Have you heard his full discography? You said he only has 6 good songs after his first 1 or 2 albums? I'd like to see your opinions on some of the songs I think are dope after that then...

aint no one ever say soulja boy or drake was a GOAT. By most overrated it's relative to where he started and what people claim of his status. Many claim he's top 5....but I c an easily name 10 people with better bodies of work and longevity than him.

And yes I've heard his discography. Anyone that's seen me post on here knows I don't come with half baked opinions. And a bunch of the songs you posted were average to me. For example, lyrical gymnastics has a forced style and similes.

"Like a girl in Burger King, the beef is on":Dahell50:
"I even make sisters with voices weak at the knees":saywut:
"And bogart like my name is Humphrey":stopitslime:

Should I continue?

Some people do say Drake is GOAT, anyway who's constantly claiming Kane is THE GOAT? He's pretty much universally accepted by Hip Hops heads as one of the best. He had a long break so of course some people have surpassed him discography wise but what he's put down to me I have him at around number 9 on my GOAT list. You said 10 people, there are SO many rappers, even if he's a credible top 20 choice he would still be one of the greatest eve.r You can pull any lines out of songs out of the context of the flow and rhymes and make them look not exceptional, I bet if a poll was made if people think Lyrical Gymnastics is a dope song or not the large majority would say yes, EVERYONE I know in real life likes that song.

You're arguments are definitely valid. Realistically Kane had a three year run at the top of hip hop, and after that he was just an OK rapper who had occasional great songs. On the other hand he was at the peak of rap when rap was at its peak... In my opinion he was just so good in his 3 year run that he still ranks...

If anyone of the GOATs is on shaky grounds its slick rick dude had one classic album... And then one dope album like 10 years later... Still I always consider him on of the greatest cuz his first album was so great

Nas came through the Illmatic and all the rapstars of the late 80's became Flabby-N-Sick super quick...That hppidity-hop flow of the 80's got swiftly transferred to Larry Holmes Gardens...

2Pac made a song Old Skool talking about people in his own age bracket...:mjlol:

My personal opinion is that The GOATS can only be chosen from rappers that were actively relevant and influential from mid-90s to 98...

That was the PINNACLE of hip hop music...Any body outside this bracket is not worthy...Except for Eminem, and only because he has sold the most records..

The rappers before the mid-90s are PIONEERS the rappers after 2000 are caricatures, expect for 50 Cents, and Chief Keef and them guys...They brought hip hop back to the grimmey shyt...
:mjlol: at the ignorance.
