It don’t take 4 years to recover from that
If he filed chapter 12 or 13 it takes 7 years for it to get off your report. A bankruptcy one your report is like a scarlet letter.

I didn't file bankruptcy. I tried to get some late items deleted, but only had success with collections accounts so far. Everything else that I dispute comes back confirmed as my account (which they are.)

Got the Chase Sapphire Reserve and them points are clutch for getting hotels that are normally sold out.
