This is what I'm saying. Over the next years God willing I stay safe and healthy I'll be very fortunate income-wise but there's nothing motivating me to spend $10-20K a month unless I'm making 7 figures a year.

Did he post receipts? I’m betting it was Amex specific account age that got him. You can spend $10mil a year but if you haven’t shown consistent progression towards it over a number of years (using Amex products) they are going to look at you funny. I figure by 2028 my account will be 15 years old and they will have seen the progress towards the spending I’ve down with them over a decade and a half.

I mean as long as you're staying within your normal spend habits and buying things you normally buy it's not a problem.

i keep both bcp and plat but i spend a grip on gas, it's really one of the best gas cards out there and i like being able to cash out for usd instead of some points which i have to figure out how to min-max

First time using priority pass. Won’t be the last. Just off the lounges with as much as I plan to fly the card is worth it Had to cancel a trip and rebook someplace else and canceled hassle free within 24 hours

Fun fact; Visa is accepted everywhere, and is far more reliable than Amex...also Amex charges some ludicrous fee's, which is why many people don't use them. Two accounts means you're there to stay, and of course building higher credit with said banks. So loans are literally a cake walk. Once they see the credit score however, I can lease a Ferrari of the year without any problems.

I can do the same off my profile, I have 4 accounts and rarely ever use my debit card. Your play is diff and you are shifting liability directly to your checking account which I think is foolish. Amex is accepted everywhere broke ngas don’t go

Their latest revisions to the Platinum were kind of weak. If it wasn’t for my fat renewal bonus I might have walked away this summer.

But in the last few months since I’ve been traveling again I’ve been reminded of why I love this card so much. The Centurion Lounge access is

They haven’t been crowded much either because of COVID. Reminds me of the good ol days when it actually felt exclusive.

Seeing a lot more Brehs in their nowadays too. That nod be feeling good as hell surrounded by all those entitled cacs.
