This depends on you. I fly enough that the lounge access alone is worth the 700 annually just off free food drinks and comfort.
On top of that free clear and global entry. There are a lot of perks I take advantage of outside of that so it’s an easy win for me.
I usually fly 3+ times per quarter so it should be worth it. Definitely checking out the lounge on my flight next week

And it's looking like the AmEx rewards points>SkyMiles in dollar value and value to me. Gonna call and switch to the regular AmEx tonight
Them bonus points are UNFAIR. I used to work under a dude who had ALL company purchases go through his AmEx. Breh lived off points
Welp looks like Delta Platinum and AmEx Platinum isn't the "same" card. Rep said I'd have to wait for an offer. I'll probably call back and ask for another rep tho.

3 months after your bonus is earned. I want to but I need to wait until this home loan is finalized before I get my own gold, the gold right now is under my wife.
Log on on the Amex app. Go to statements.
At the bottom click on pay over time.
Your pay over time limit is your approx "credit limit".
