Labor shortage? Before I had my degree, I remember how hard it was between 2007 and 2015 to get a job. Any job. The only thing available was door to door and Temp agencies like labor ready where you pick up trash all day in the summer heat for minimum wage. There were a lot of Black people doing Labor Ready when I did it. Jobs were hard to come by. Have things really changed that much?
