Latins are the fastest growing group in the U.S Military and one of the fastest growing groups around the world for engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.) and other STEM fields.
Mexico is literally tied with Switzerland for engineering growth.

If you think India is something, wait until companies realize how much potential Latin America has.

I honestly think with so much talent around the world, we're going to have to re-think employment in some capacity.

That's really the solution.

The internet has completely opened up the world of high-quality education to everyone.
It's not only a select few that can learn the highest levels of math and science anymore.

Ever since sites like Khan Academy, Udemy, Coursera, etc. started to pop up, everyone can level up.
Universities post content online and now everyone can learn basically everything on their own easily.
You can learn an entire field from start to finish for free on Youtube.
Now ChatGPT can answer any questions about these subjects while learning.
There're more and more online college degrees.
I saw a Mechanical Engineering online degree recently, my school offers an online Civil Engineering degree program.
Nearly every single school offers an online Masters Degree program.

Think of everyone who learned to code online.
15 years ago you'd have to go to school or spend a ton on books.

Learning math, science, music production, etc. is no different.
Everybody can work on something and get really good at it with quality learning material available for everyone.

Remember, the world is 8 BILLION people large.
America is only ~340 million people.

10% of the worlds brightest = 760 million smart people.

That means for every 1 moronic American, there are 2+ highly intelligent top 10% IQ people out in the world.

It's like A.I, we can't go back now. Companies don't want to start hiring less capable people. It's like how the NBA started to get flooded with foreign players and now they're dominating.

Folks going to have to compete or we're going to have to re-think how we're approaching high-skilled work because there are too many people capable of it now.

People need to understand their options and not get stuck in old ways of thinking.
