Sorry, but you're wrong. LGBT and 'White' women are not minorities according to Federal Guidelines and the funds are distributed according to financial criteria and population size. Black people qualify for the vast majority of these programs above and beyond Hispanics as almost 15% of them are illegal. Asians, Native Americans, etc., are a fraction of the available recipients and have substantially less avenues to even apply for the programs.​

But it doesn’t matter if they aren’t overall interested. No amount is down payment is going to change the mind of a person convinced ownership overall isn’t valuable.

Couple that with low income being the qualifier and it gets even more complex from there. “Free” is subjective because it can be alot of time to fill out forms and follow up.

I’m only speaking my own experience getting help when I was unemployed/low income. It’s a hassle and some workers are condescending.

2. Low-income is relative and a LOT of people qualify, but don't apply because they think they don't. 'Free' is absolute. All anyone has to do is provide a source of income, utility bills, and a mortgage/lease/rent receipts.
