Its just an easy symbolic order to pass. It’s really the fault of the lazy ass and inept Congress. They don’t just pass laws to settle the issue once and for all. So it leaves this ambiguous area where a president can just come in, sign an executive order, and that’s how the law is going to be enforced. That’s not how the executive branch is supposed to work.

It’s the same shyt with Immigration. The law just drastically changes depending on who the President is, or the Court has to be asked to interpret a decision. That’s not how it supposed to work.
