Chicago is one of if not the most segregated cities in America. Segregation was deliberately created by the US government for “quarantining” black populations. They created Chicago. The hoods, the drugs, the guns. All of it. The FBI has the resources to spy on black people from cointelpro in the 80’s to today with “black identity extremist” but pretend to have their hands tied when it comes to gun violence in black neighborhoods commited by teenagers with 5th grade educations.

Sure, and I can say I don't 100% have the entire answer atm because you're living in a country in which portions of the government are actively working against you.
