What I’ve discovered is a lot of Black folks didn’t hate Trump’s policies. They just hated his personality and rhetoric .

I talk to Black folks all the time that are anti trans, anti illegal immigration, anti tax and regulation, anti gun control, and pro law order. But the first thing out of their mouth is “ fukk Republicans, gotta get them outta here!”

If any group needs to form an independent political movement in this country it’s working class Black people. But you know how that conversation goes. Gate keepers start with the gate keepin.

When he saved up his little coins from his summer job and wanted to buy that fly shyt, my mother was like "Hell no, you not gon be out here dressing like the perp. " I remember cuz i was there and i giggled on the inside as the little sister.

Incidentally, those were the same rules my late MIL set when my man wanted a five finger ring. Both men grew up in super lit environments and came out relatively unscathed. They weren't considered weird or soft, just on they own shyt. Both 'can still walk through the hood'.

Maybe the authorities should use all that surveillance and actually do some police work? Chicago probably has more cameras than most cities across the globe, and multiply that times 3 in the inner cities.

They know how to use their technology to track criminals down when they really want to. My guess is if we did discover the identities of alotta these shooters we’ll discover they’re not “gangbangers” and that the govt is still on the same shyt it’s always been on.
