Even regional classic is iffy. It's a great album. I need to revisit. I haven't heard it in 15 years. I was listening to HNIC earlier today :prodigylol:
To kee it a buck, neither album is a classic.
And I don't think it's crazy to say Streetz in better.

HNIC is my favorite rap album from a solo artist.
